Refund Policy for Heir Soapery

At Heir Soapery, each order is prepared with care. Because many of our products are personal care items and may be handmade, made to order, or customized, this Refund Policy explains when returns, replacements, credits, or refunds may be available.

1. General Rule

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless:

  • your order arrives damaged,

  • you receive the wrong item, or

  • there is a verified issue caused by our error.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • opened or used body care or personal care products

  • customized or personalized items

  • made-to-order items

  • subscription orders once processed

  • sale or clearance items

  • gift cards

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email contact@heirsoapery.com within 3 business days of delivery with:

  • your order number,

  • a description of the issue,

  • clear photos of the item,

  • photos of the packaging if applicable.

If approved, we may offer one of the following:

  • replacement,

  • store credit,

  • partial refund, or

  • full refund

at our discretion, depending on the situation.

4. Allergies and Sensitivities

Please review ingredients carefully before use. Heir Soapery is not responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, misuse, or adverse reactions due to known or unknown ingredient sensitivities. We recommend patch testing before full use.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production or fulfillment begins. Once your order has entered production, packaging, or shipment processing, it cannot be canceled.

Custom, personalized, and subscription orders may not be canceled once processing has begun.

6. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, address errors provided by the customer, or circumstances outside our control. However, if there is a delivery issue, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

7. Chargebacks

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first at contact@heirsoapery.com. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution.

We may update this Refund Policy at any time by posting an updated version on this page.
