Subscription Policy for Heir Soapery

Heir Soapery may offer subscription-based purchases for selected products. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following terms.

1. How Subscriptions Work

A subscription is a recurring order that renews automatically on the schedule selected at checkout until canceled.

Available subscription intervals may include:

• every 2 weeks

• monthly

• every 6 weeks

• every 2 months

• every 3 months

2. Recurring Billing Authorization

By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize Heir Soapery and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method automatically on a recurring basis for:

• the subscription product price,

• applicable taxes,

• shipping charges, if any,

• and any clearly disclosed applicable fees.

The FTC’s negative-option rule requires sellers to clearly disclose material terms before collecting billing information and to obtain unambiguous consent.

Your subscription will continue and renew automatically until canceled.

4. Skip, Pause, or Modify

If available through your customer portal, you may be able to:

• skip a shipment,

• pause your subscription,

• update your address,

• update payment information,

• swap eligible products,

• or change delivery frequency.

These options may not be available after your next order has entered processing.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date through your online account portal or by contacting contact@heirsoapery.com.

If you enrolled online, cancellation must also be available online where required by law. California law specifically requires online cancellation for consumers who accepted an automatic renewal offer online. Payments

If a payment fails, your subscription may be paused, retried, or canceled until valid payment information is provided.

7. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing, product availability, packaging, frequency options, or included benefits at any time. Material changes will be communicated where legally required.

California law requires certain advance notice and cancellation information for material changes and certain fee changes for covered consumers.

Subscription charges are non-refundable once a renewal order has been processed, except where required by law or in the event of our error.

9. Promotional Subscription Offers

Promotional offers, trial offers, discounts, and gifts may be subject to additional terms presented at checkout.
