Shipping Policy for Heir Soapery
Thank you for shopping with Heir Soapery. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders.
1. Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 3–10 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page, during launches, or for made-to-order, custom, or subscription products.
Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
2. Shipping Time
Once shipped, delivery times vary by carrier, destination, and service selected at checkout. Shipping estimates are not guaranteed.
3. Made-to-Order and Custom Orders
Made-to-order, custom, and bulk orders may require additional processing time. Estimated turnaround times will be communicated where applicable.
4. Subscription Orders
Subscription orders are processed on a recurring basis according to the schedule you select. Once a subscription renewal is processed, the order enters fulfillment and cannot be canceled for that cycle.
5. Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or extra charges caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order is transferred to the carrier, shipping delays and delivery issues may occur outside our control. If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please first contact the carrier. You may also contact us at contact@heirsoapery.com, and we will try to assist.
7. Shipping Rules and Delays
We aim to ship orders within the time frame stated on our website. If no shipping time is stated, U.S. FTC rules generally require sellers to have a reasonable basis to expect shipment within 30 days, or otherwise obtain consent to delay or refund for unshipped merchandise. g Charges

9. International Shipping
If international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import charges, or other fees imposed by their country.
